Edmodo: Your Online Classroom App Reviews

Excellent iPad version of Edmodo! Most key actions and functions are accessible in this slick and well designed App. Five stars on the way as soon as we can access the Camera Roll and upload media from the iPad (like in Blogsy) or from a server (WebDAV would be an incredible addition and really take this App into orbit!) or even using open in function to send from other Apps. Thanks for the great work so far and looking forward to the next update - camera roll, WebDAV or open in pleeeease! I have 1150 students with iPads!

FIX IT PLZ

There is a bug I dont know why since today. Its crash a the opening application

I cant send messages to anyone. When I write my message, I tap on the box to write the name of the recipients and it says failure. Please fix this

I am extremely disappointed with the current iPad version of the Edmodo interface. It is a million times less intuitive than its predecessor. By hiding many functions and buttons, and by not offering all the previous creative potential, this version has become so very clumsy that I am going back to the PC version, and since all the practicality of having a very portable iPad presence in the classroom has gone, I am considering cutting down on my Edmodo usage. Please please rethink this Development Team!

I really like the app and so far it is working great. I do miss push notifications for the replies and so do my students...

The app is great but notifications are always there no matter what. While trying to clic on new posts they dont open properly.

The notifications are great, because they sort of remind me about the assignments. The app could put reminder about the due dates assignments Like: Hey, tomorrow is the assignment! Lol

Fantastic way to communicate with people!

Im still mad that we cant personally change our password without the teachers. Its OUR account with OUR information. Smh, and I hate that we cant have the option of leaving groups that arent being used. ALSO, why cant i change my school location in the app?? just some suggestions

I love the program. Wish I could do more with the app, like assign quizzes Ive already created and the kids could do the quiz from the app, rather than the website. App crashes a lot.

Its useful so thts good...

The update removed the ability for me to move documents into Word and i feel like this is a huge set back and makes the app hard to use

It all depends on what your teacher writes but my major problems with it is that the notification system is half baked. And I havent found any way to delete old classes so I still have several classes from years ago. It helps with schoolwork but it is generally boring to use. But if your teacher tells you to get it than get it.

In the folder section , teachers provide outlines, notes and homework. my classmates and I would download that pdf and open it in another app, using the "open in another app " button, which for some weird reason was removed. PLEASE FIX this issue because many students use third party apps like notability,one note etc. Without this function we are not able to write our notes on our devices thus making this app pointless as of now.

Please add a calendar to view assignments for the mobile version, its extremely inconvenient to only be able to see a part of an alert/assignment.
